$18.00-20.00/hour | Full-Time, Rotating schedule 10:30 am - 7:00pm
Location: Highview in the Woodlands | Rockton, IL

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods in accordance with planned menus, dietary requirements, and safety standards
• Operating kitchen equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Assist with food storage and inventory
• Support special functions and events
• Work collaboratively with the dining services team to ensure quality service
• Uphold a safe, efficient, and customer-focused kitchen environment

• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• Active ServeSafe/Food Safety Managers Certification (required)
• Must be 18 years of age to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
• 2 years of institutional cooking in long-term care or assisted living (required)
• Institutional cooking, along with a fine dining experience, is preferred
