SALARY: $21 PER HOUR
SHIFTS: FULL TIME - DAY/SWING SHIFT
SHIFTS: PART TIME - DAY/SWING SHIFT
THE POSITION OFFERS:
BENEFITS: MEDICAL, VISION, DENTAL
SICK: 48 HOURS SICK TIME
HOLIDAYS: 6 MAJOR HOLIDAYS PAID AS OVERTIME
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- VALID CALIFORNIA BSIS GUARD CARD
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- ABILITY TO STAND/WALK FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
- ABILITY TO WRITE, READ AND UNDERSTAND REPORTS
- ABILITY TO CLEAR DRUG AND BACKGROUND CHECK
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A GATED COMMUNITY WORKING WITH GATE ACCESS SOFTWARE LIKE DWELLING LIVE, QUICKPASS ETC.
- MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
