We're a local brand with national love, and we treat our people like part of the recipe.Earn It and Love It:Pay rate: $16.00 per hourSteady Schedule + Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pmJob SummaryLearn and perform basic duties on shipping floor as directed, to include Direct to Consumer/Courier and Picking, Packing, as well as VAS packaging and labelingPick and confirm orders efficiently and accuratelyPack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damageTicket or label orders as specifiedMaintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shiftReport any conditions that need attention to appropriate managerFollow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipmentAssist with other distribution activities as neededRequirementsMust be able to communicate effectively both written and verballyCapable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs and stand for several hours at a timeComfortable with basic math- adding, subtracting, multiplication and divisionExperience with Radio Frequency Scanning (RF), trash/cardboard compactors desired but not required.
