Tech - Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech will operate and assist in cardiovascular procedures within the cath lab. They will provide specialized support during complex cardiac interventions and ensure patient safety throughout the procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, including heart caths and PCI's.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as Impella, Rotablader, and IABP devices.
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to any changes during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient case flow and safety protocols.
• Document procedural details accurately in compliance with hospital standards.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Valid California license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT certification and proficiency with fluoroscopy.
• Experience with Impella, Rotablader, and IABP devices preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple cases (4–7/day) and work in a fast-paced environment.
