This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high energy team and to directly impact the performance and success of the practice.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesProvide accounting advisory support to clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standardsOutsourced Senior Accountant workAssist in the drafting of technical accounting memos for various topics such as equity versus debt classification, revenue recognition, business combinations, lease accounting and other technical accounting mattersPerforms technical industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available informationAssist in preparation of clients internal and external financial statements including supporting schedules and required disclosuresAssist clients' in closing their books on a monthly and annual basisAssistance with audit readinessDevelops and maintains productive working relationships with client personnelReview Consultant work product and provide feedbackResponsible for completion of engagements, including managing all aspects of projectConduct solid analysis; deliver solutions for internal and external clientsAttain revenue objectivesAdhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks with the time requestedParticipate in business development activities to include memberships in qualified organizations (alumni associations, chamber of commerce, networking groups, etc.) or regular business contacts with peers capable or eventually capable of referring potential engagements and cross serve opportunitiesAdditional responsibilities as assigned Preferred QualificationsAdvanced analytical and issue resolution intelligence, problem solving is essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysisAbility to work independently in fast-paced, multi-tasked environmentAbility to effectively interface with team members and client personnel in deadline-driven situationsAbility to manage multiple workflows while staying organizedProficient with PC environments and related software, including Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced skills in ExcelProficient use and analysis of computer models and development of dynamic spreadsheet applicationsUnderstanding of and experience with application and research of U.S. Generally Accepted AccountingCPAAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeDigital asset currency or blockchain experience is a plus Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-20
