Travel Federal Staff Pharmacist | Midway, Florida

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This travel opportunity for a Staff Pharmacist offers a rewarding role within a dynamic pharmacy environment. You will play a vital role in providing excellent pharmaceutical care, ensuring precise medication dispensing and contributing to patient health and safety.

Midway, FL

Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday
Shift options: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities:

Accurately fill and dispense medications to patients
Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
Provide patient counseling and answer medication-related questions
Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
Coordinate with healthcare providers and team members to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

Active pharmacist license required
Minimum of 1 year of recent retail or outpatient pharmacy experience
Preference for candidates already credentialed through the Board of Pharmacy (BOP)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
