Our client is a distinguished firm specializing in business litigation and personal injury, renowned for providing top tier, seasoned legal services. Their expertise encompasses Business Litigation, Receiverships & Securities Litigation, Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Real Property Litigation, Intellectual Property & Trademark Litigation, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights, Appellate Advocacy, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death.

The ideal candidate will engage in research and the drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs. The role also demands the independent management of discovery and depositions in multi-party litigation across state and federal courts.

Key responsibilities:

- Conducting detailed legal research and drafting intricate legal documents.

- Overseeing extensive document production with exceptional organizational skills.

- Representing the firm with professionalism in various legal contexts.

Requirements:

- A minimum of three years' litigation experience.

- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

- Proficient legal research and writing abilities.
