Hospice RN Case Manager Location: Plymouth, MA Company: Hospice Services of Massachusetts Job Summary: Hospice Services of Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Case Manager to join our team! As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing hospice care to meet the needs of patients and their families in their homes and communities. We offer a competitive salary range of $42 to $52 hourly, depending on experience, and an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our patients.
