As a Market Associate :

• you'll be the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores.
• you'll keep our stores running smoothly - from stocking shelves and preparing food to providing friendly, efficient customer service at the register.

Requirements

What We are Looking for:

• Reliable and friendly individuals who enjoy working with the public
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred to provide customer assistance
• Team players with a strong work ethic
• Capacity to multitask and stay organized in a busy store
• Ability and willingness to work all shifts to cover when needed
• Applicant who is 20+ years old (due to the sale of age-restricted items)
• Cashier experience preferred, but not required
• Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
