Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vivo Healthcare Pinellas Park. As an LPN at our facility, you will provide high-quality care to our residents while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. This is a 12-hour shift position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by Physicians
Document resident care and services in accordance with facility policies
Oversee resident care and implement schedules for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
What We Look for:
Unencumbered LPN license in the state of Florida
LTC/SNF experience preferred
