Overnight Crisis Counselor I: Calm Intervention & Support

Pathways Inc. seeks a calm, reliable Crisis Line Counselor I to provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention support via phone, text, and chat. You will answer crisis calls, texts, and chats, schedule follow-ups, and connect individuals with community resources. As needed, you may accompany Mobile Crisis staff on in-person responses, document interactions, and use Word, Outlook, Excel, and Avatar EHR. Overnight shifts with flexibility to cover vacations are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
