Paralegal - Medical Malpractice ( Bismarck, ND )

Meagher & Geer, a nationally recognized litigation defense and insurance coverage law firm, is hiring a Litigation Paralegal for our Bismarck, ND office. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on complex cases, particularly in medical malpractice defense. Responsibilities: Draft legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials Request, organize, and summarize medical and non-medical records. Prepare deposition and trial materials, including subpoenas and exhibits. Manage case files and deadlines across multiple matters. Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel. Support attorneys with trial prep, document production, and motion practice Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate (ABA-accredited) 6+ years of litigation defense experience (medical malpractice preferred) Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., iManage) Experience with time and billing software (e.g., Aderant) Medical background or experience reviewing medical records is a plus.
