Estimator We are seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Estimator with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and a degree in Construction Management or a related field. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers Participate in bid meetings and presentations Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating Experienced in quantity takeoffs Ability to perform conceptual and schematic estimates Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On‑Screen, Roctek, Bluebeam, Excel workbooks) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork ability Newfield Construction is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer and offers competitive salary, medical benefits, and 401k programs.
