Summary- This is role is responsible for ensuring all daily operations and systems for the restaurant are performed. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Key Results Area #1 : Develop an operations team of assistant managers and team leaders.

· Lead the shift, perform daily huddles to coach and communicate strategy (shift setup/goals/focuses) and operational changes/improvements.

· Meet with other daytime peer managers once a week and discuss operations, people, and system tensions.

· Communicate with next shift leaders any catering, personnel changes or operational information about equipment or catering.

· Own and resolve problems for front of house and back of house operations.

Key Results Area #2: Lead Daytime procedures and task.

· Implements systems for Change fund, ordering, and reconciling.

· Daily completion of temperature checks, SAFE critical report, and Restaurant Quality Assessment.

· Coaches team on CFA procedure and ensures Operational Excellence is happening.

· Monitors food quality, kitchen efficiency and troubleshoots inaccuracies.

· Responsible for handling call outs, sickness, or substitutions by team members.

Key Results Area #3: Employee Engagement and Customer Experience

· Manages employee’s breaks and overall team member experience through a survey once a quarter.

· Develops new systems or processes that help team members perform at their best.

· Responds and reports all Customer Cares complaints.

· Host one collaboration meeting each week to share ideas and thoughts from team members.
