Client Services RepresentativeThe Client Services Representative is responsible for assisting in duties associated with order processing, item/inventory maintenance, troubleshooting/issue resolution, and managing emails from our internal and external customers. We strive to build a culture that rewards people for their unique perspectives and contributions, and where our people are connected - to the work we do, to each other, and to IMS.Who are you?You will :Serve as daily internal contact for order management and associated inquiriesAssist with special projects as necessaryManage incoming emails from varying internal sourcesGenerate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members regarding status and requirements of programsWork collaboratively with all Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance and operations staffFacilitate accurate incoming inventory (item setup validation, PO's and communication with the warehouse)Follow-through on exception reporting from beginning to end – generate reports, code items, follow-up with stakeholders, and problem solve as necessary to eliminate exceptionsPrioritize orders and/or projects, including prompt expediting of emergency requestsMaintain and distribute various reports as needed to ensure daily requirements are metAdditionally, you embody the IMS principles of Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, Inventiveness, and Proactivity.
