Unit/Role Info:

Med/Surg Ortho

The LPN provides direct patientcare under the supervision of registered nurses, and contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver safe, therapeutic, and age-appropriate care. Maintains an accurate electronic health record, communicates effectively with the healthcare team, and educates patients and their families on care plans. Adheres to healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure a safe and effective care environment. Completes ongoing patient assessments, administers/educates medications, monitors vital signs, and assists with daily activities or other patient care tasks as assigned, to promote optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)

• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Upon Hire (Required)

• CPR - Basic CPR Upon Hire (Required)

• Prior work experience not required

Salary Range: Minimum $29.78/hour - Maximum $46.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
