License preferred and/or able to get within 6 monthsCalifornia P.E. is preferredCMT Certifications preferredInternal PMCP completion within 6 months of hireP&L, and basic accounting experience is preferredSales, marketing, and client management experience preferredPrior personnel management, hiring and training experience requiredEnhanced Computer SkillsMust be customer focused and quality drivenAbility to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communicationMay travel up to 15% of timeValid Driver's License and reliable driving record requiredThe base wage or salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
