What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

• Assisting truck drivers by providing backend customer service and administrative support
• Coordinating service instructions and maintenance scheduling to minimize driver wait times
• Supporting efforts to ensure drivers get back on the road quickly and efficiently
• Communicating professionally with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates
• Organizing and managing administrative tasks to support overall operations

• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and attention to detail (must-have)
• Have experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in logistics or transportation (preferred)
