Manager, Specialty Liability Claims (Primarily Home)

You will provide leadership direction of a claim adjusting team. Claim adjusting teams investigate and maintain property/casualty claims. Determine liability, secure information, reviews coverages, arrange appraisals, and settle claims. May work in the field or central location. Direct conformity with the terms of each policy and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, established standards, and procedures of the company. Will specialize in liability claims and will lead a team of desk adjusters. Develop and shares innovative and effective solutions for dealing with problems, situations and conflicts.•Complies with Unfair Claims Practices Acts and ensures handling of claims in good faith. Follow Local and Corporate Guidelines, Company Claim Bulletins, and the Company Code of Ethics.
