Occupational Therapist Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
• Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and licensing standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent credential
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license
• Certification in CPR/BLS (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based settings or related fields
• Strong knowledge of school therapy protocols and student-centered approaches
• Ability to read and interpret billable information
• Must work day shifts, 37.5 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and adaptability
• Background checks and compliance with facility-specific requirements
