Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Snelling is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, tracking, and organization of materials and inventory while maintaining accurate records within SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse logistics experience, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience using SAP in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure timely movement of materials and products.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, transfers, and material movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilize SAP to track inventory, shipments, purchase orders, material movements, and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and material transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics and warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Generate and review reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse and/or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material movement.
• Experience coordinating transportation, deliveries, or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
