Nevada Contact Center Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations, while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce Educate customers about registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to attendance policies Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
