Day shift. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Job Description Collaborates with leadership to provide accurate and timely completion of projects; schedules patient appointments and collects payments; maintains confidentiality of medical records and other sensitive information; adheres to the Corporate Compliance plan and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations; organizes and maintains the department filing system efficiently; processes and distributes incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail (including faxes); performs daily reconciliation of payments and adjustments; demonstrates knowledge and maintenance of office equipment, including phone systems, photocopiers, computers, fax machines, and calculators; answers and routes phone calls using good judgment, ensuring messages are relayed timely and accurately. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to complete projects accurately and on time. Schedule patient appointments and process payments. Maintain confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information. Adhere to the Corporate Compliance plan and all applicable regulations. Organize and maintain the department filing system efficiently. Process and distribute incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail (including faxes). Perform daily reconciliation of payments and adjustments. Maintain office equipment, including phone systems, photocopiers, computers, fax machines, and calculators. Answer and route phone calls, ensuring accurate and timely message delivery.
