This role ensures products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet quality and delivery requirements.This position is part of the Productions Operations Department located in Grand Rapids, MI and will be on-site.In this role, a typical day will look like:Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw material and finished goodsMaintain detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposalsConduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepanciesOwner of the cycle count program and annual physical inventory (raw materials, WIP and finished goods), ensuring compliance with Veralto's policiesAnalyze inventory discrepancies to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvementsPerform inventory and cost analysis to achieve improved inventory turns and accuracyThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations or management preferred3 years' experience in inventory control, warehousing, production, or a related field preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entryDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.Demonstrated working knowledge of inventory control principles, including KanbanTrojan Technologies is proud to be part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $26.00 USD per hour.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
