RN Step Down

Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry Description: The patient population includes post open heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy cases. Candidates should possess strong telemetry skills. The role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in a progressive care setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and situations is crucial. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is required.
