The program serves students in grades 6 through 9, who are selected through a rigorous process that considers academic merit, educational goals, and risk factors. ( Role Description Breakthrough Cincinnati is seeking a creative, competitive self-starter to join our team. We are expanding our organization to serve more students across Cincinnati, and we seek a partner to build our fundraising capacity to grow! You will lead our capacity building in the area of fundraising with individuals and foundations, corporate sponsorships, in‑kind giving, donor stewardship, data administration, and newsletter creation. Some of the projects include leading the fall and spring fundraising appeals, planning and execution of our sponsorship program, creating our monthly newsletter, grant writing, and the cultivation of new donors. The role is in the center of the action with our students, families, donors, and staff!
