Job Description:

The MRI Technologist is responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce clinical diagnostic images as directed by providers. The technologist is required to maintain a high level of expertise in MRI procedures to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations with adherence to industry safety standards.
• Provide patient care and monitor patients during scans.
• Document and report any diagnostic findings.
• Coordinate with radiologists and healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a level 1 trauma hospital.
• Proficiency with Siemens 1.5T or 3T (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips MRI equipment.
• Current ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification and BLS (AHA).
