AI Enablement Lead / Patient Healthcare (part time) [80408] Onward Search is seeking an experienced and consultative AI Enablement Lead (Patient Healthcare) to own and execute full-cycle AI enablement engagements with enterprise creative and marketing teams. This role is ideal for a strategist and operator who thrives at the intersection of AI, workflow design, compliance, and change enablement. You’ll lead discovery to identify AI-ready workflows, implement tailored AI tools, and deliver hands‑on training to ensure scalable, governed adoption. You’ll work closely with clients in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services) to ensure all recommendations align with legal, compliance, and security standards. Pay Base: $130.00/hr – $150.00/hr (W2) Engagement Details Type: Part time, contract, remote (EST hours). Duration: 2 months or more. AI Enablement Lead Engagement Scope Phase 1: Discovery (Weeks 1–3) Conduct stakeholder interviews and AI readiness assessments Facilitate process mapping sessions for creative/marketing workflows Prioritize pain points and identify high‑ROI, low‑risk AI opportunities Deliver workflow maps (up to 5) AI opportunity & readiness matrix Discovery insights deck and enablement roadmap Lead selection and deployment of 1–2 generative AI tools Configure tools to align with client’s compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) Integrate tools into creative workflows and support user testing Deliver deployed, documented tools Prompt libraries for safe AI use Governance framework and SOPs Key Responsibilities Act as primary consultant and project lead across all three engagement phases Facilitate workshops, training, and technical implementation with client teams Translate complex AI capabilities into business‑friendly use cases and safeguards Partner with legal, compliance, and IT to align on approved AI usage Create documentation, training materials, and toolkits for sustained adoption Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure measurable success Qualifications Required: 7+ years in consulting, creative operations, digital transformation, or AI enablement Experience managing full‑cycle AI, MarTech, or workflow technology rollouts Strong facilitation skills with stakeholders across creative, legal, and compliance teams Hands‑on knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway Strong documentation and training design experience Preferred: Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, financial services) Familiarity with prompt engineering, workflow automation, or content ops Background in agency, in‑house marketing, or creative production teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
