Benefits Specialist

Benefits Administrator Location: Milton, MA Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 CFS has partnered with a higher education institution in seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefit programs and serve as a key resource for faculty and staff. This role is responsible for benefits administration, leave management, compliance, vendor coordination, and employee support. Responsibilities Administer health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and other employee benefit programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and enrollment changes. Coordinate annual open enrollment and communicate benefit updates. Manage leaves of absence and workers' compensation programs. Ensure compliance with federal and state benefits regulations, including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA. Partner with Payroll, Finance, and benefits vendors to ensure accurate processing and reporting. Maintain employee benefit records and assist with audits and regulatory filings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of benefits administration experience. Strong knowledge of employee benefits, leaves, and compliance requirements. Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
