What you'll be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
- Provide assistance with personal care
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
- Properly manage household needs
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family
- You will be working in New Orleans and surrounding areas; Metairie, Gretna, West Bank, Algiers, Gentility, Laplace, Lutcher, New Orleans
- This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.
What we're looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment screening
- Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities
- Must have a positive attitude and a sincere desire to help care for others
