A growing property management company is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a 250-unit multifamily community in Bradenton. This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day operations, resident relations, team leadership, and maintaining strong property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of a 250-unit community.
• Lead leasing, resident relations, collections, compliance, and property staff.
• Manage renovation initiatives and coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/tax credit requirements and affordable housing regulations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, occupancy, and overall property performance.

Qualifications:

• Prior Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Required: LIHTC/tax credit and renovation experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing onsite teams and vendors preferred.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base (DOE) + bonus
