Job Summary:

• Location: Glens Falls, NY (Adirondack/Capital Region).
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Eligible for benefits at 30+ hours/week).
• Core Focus: Customer Service, Team Collaboration, and Clinical Support.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Patient & Team Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication lines across a diverse ecosystem of patients, students, staff, and physicians.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service to a wide variety of visitors, answering inquiries and resolving problems efficiently.
• Collaboration: Foster and promote a unified, positive team environment across daily operations.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Actively guide, coach, and teach less experienced team members to help elevate the team's overall skillset.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve daily operational or patient care bottlenecks on the spot.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy skills are required for this role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking abilities are strictly required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proven capability to interact empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Team Leadership: Comfort and ability to serve as an operational peer mentor or trainer.
