MRI Technologist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• Florida certification

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 1200-2030
• On-call required
• Equipment: GE Artist 1.5
• Documentation system: Meditech

Location Highlights

Davie offers convenient access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation in South Florida. The city is about 15 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach and includes Tree Tops Park, a 243-acre park with trails and equestrian access. Flamingo Gardens is located in Davie and features a 60-acre botanical garden and wildlife sanctuary, while Hard Rock Stadium in nearby Miami Gardens is about 20 miles away. Travelers in Davie also have access to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in about 20 minutes, and Everglades Holiday Park is roughly 12 miles west for airboat tours and wildlife viewing.
