Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate techniques and tools. Deliver therapy interventions aligned with established protocols. Develop and communicate care and discharge plans. Complete accurate clinical documentation within deadlines. Supervise assigned therapy assistants. Perform additional related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) with licensure in the practice state. Preferred: two years of occupational therapy experience. Required certifications include state licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical assessment skills, documentation accuracy, and teamwork abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
