Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric populations and/or in school-based settings
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement treatment protocols tailored to each student's needs, goals, and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and prepare timely documentation as required by school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert clinical recommendations
• Support a positive and inclusive school atmosphere, fostering communication confidence in every child
