PARC Auto dba Meineke is hiring A/B Technicians, Master Techs, and Mechanics who are ready to earn more and go further. We're hiring automotive technicians at our Meineke locations. Steady work, real earning potential, and a team that has your back. WHAT WE OFFER
- You're guaranteed to win - Earn hourly or commission — whichever pays more that week. Busy week? Your commission kills it. Slow week? Your hourly has you covered.
- Health insurance + paid time off after one year - Competitive benefits including health insurance and paid holidays so you can actually take a day off.
- We pay for your ASE certs - Pass an ASE exam and we reimburse it — plus hand you a $50 bonus. Level up on us.
- No dead-end shop politics - Work with a team that has your back. Experienced techs, fast-paced shops, and real variety — not the same 3 jobs every day.
- Brakes, alignments, tires, oil changes, flushes
- A/C, cooling, exhaust, and suspension repair, etc
- Cleaning and organizing shop, other duties as assigned.
- General vehicle maintenance across a high volume of cars
- Experience - Solid background in general vehicle maintenance and repair. All experience levels considered.
- Certifications - ASE certs are a plus — not required. We invest in helping you earn them.
- Attitude - You show up, you do good work, and you don't leave your teammates hanging. That's it.
