General Dentist (56327)

If you're looking for an excellent clinic with a supportive and fun team to work with, look no further! We are in need of a General Dentist to help an underserved population in Alexandria, Minnesota. WONDERFUL staff and patient population, great opportunity to grow. Will accept strong new grads. Looking for an October start (will wait for license and Medicaid enrollment).

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, Monday - Thursday 7:30-4

SUPPORT STAFF:

• 5 Dental Hygienists
• 11 Dental Assistants (4 getting their restorative training, 2 already certified)
• 5 other Dentists including 1 Pedo

SALARY EXPECTATIONS: Dentist with experience, $260K or 33% of collectionsPay is every two weeks. Sign on bonus potential up to $60K ($20K per year paid out every 6 months).

REQUIREMENTS:

• A heart for giving back to the community
• Excellent communication skills and chairside manner
• Ability to see 8-10 patients per day plus hygiene
• Medicaid enrolled or willing to enroll
