Operations Leader, Pilot Plant & Process Improvement

This role blends leadership and hands-on process engineering to run a PSM-regulated pilot plant and drive safe, reliable production. You will manage a process team, coordinate with EHSS, maintenance and engineering, and guide scale-up from lab to pilot to commercial.
