Nurse Practitioner

Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor Location: Maryland (Multiple Counties - must individually cover 3-4) Schedule: Flexible (40+ hours/month) Compensation: $105–$125 per visit (Tiered based on availability) We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs only; no PAs) for a flexible, field-based role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members in Maryland. This is a pure assessment role: No prescribing, no on-call, and zero follow-up care. The Pay Breakdown 40–50 hrs/mo: $105 / visit 50–60 hrs/mo: $115 / visit 70+ hrs/mo: $125 / visit Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training, $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic no-shows. Fast-Track Bonus: Extra incentive bonus if you complete onboarding paperwork within 24 hours! What You’ll Do Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations). Document visits using a company-provided iPad. Coverage Areas (Maryland - Choose 3-4) Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, Saint Mary’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester.
