As a Registered Nurse on our weekend shift, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, including administering medications, assessing vital signs, and performing wound care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Participate in shift report to ensure seamless communication and handovers with colleagues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a positive work environment

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Florida
