How You Will Make an Impact Perform expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Service specialized equipment including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air rotation units, and water source heat pumps. Diagnose system issues efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high quality standards. Mentor entry-level technicians and apprentices through our in-house trade development programs. Collaborate with field leadership to maintain daily operational efficiency and project safety standards. Champion our core values of being Passionate, Selfless, and Evolving across every job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on HVAC service or maintenance experience. Solid technical understanding of residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. Willingness to travel up to 40% (locally within project boundaries). Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC 1&2, EPA, or Refrigeration. Universal EPA Refrigerant certification and Gas Fitters license. Previous exposure to industrial refrigeration systems, hot water boilers, or air-cooled chillers.
