Description: Partner One-on-One: Work closely alongside a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon. Scrub In: Act as first-assist in the OR on a wide variety of cranial and spinal cases. Drive Patient Care: Manage comprehensive care in the clinic for both pre-op and post-op visits. Manage the Floor: Oversee inpatient hospital duties and rounds. Enjoy Work-Life Balance: Dependable Monday–Friday schedule with a light on-call rotation (approximately 1 in 8). Qualifications: PAs with previous experience in neurosurgery or another relevant surgical specialty. (Note: We are willing to train candidates with general surgical experience or exceptional new graduates with relevant clinical rotations in neurosurgery/spine surgery). Ability to obtain a Colorado Physician Assistant License. Active DEA License. Current BLS/ACLS certification. Salary: Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
