• 24 hour general cardiology hospital call plus STEMI call, consult and treat STEMI patients
• Full hospital support staff
• EPIC charting

Schedule

• 24 hour shifts, 7a to 7a
• Coverage need is up to 14 shifts per month
• Call is 24 hour, callback does not apply

Cases and Procedures

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures for STEMI coverage
• Intra aortic balloon pump placement
• Impella placement
• Cardiac diagnostics including echo, TEE, stress testing, and nuclear testing

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Interventional Cardiology
• California license required, will not wait for license
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
