This is a full-time position that reports to the Inside Sales Manager. Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. The Role This inside sales position is based in our Suffolk, Virginia office and will work closely with outside Key Account Managers. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to learn and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for daily management of customer accounts. This includes contacting customers for orders, order entry, customer onboarding, responding to customer inquiries, initiating customer claims, supplying sales materials and information, and delivering superior customer service. We are seeking a confident, independent, self-starter who has a competitive drive and sense of urgency. Ideally, candidates will have a proven track‑record of achievement and a reputation for high standards of personal and professional conduct. Experience with Microsoft Office considered an asset.
