To support that challenge, we are currently seeking a Account Development Lead in Minnesota and Northern Iowa. This role involves coordinating reseller recruitment with Seed Sales Representatives across the district. Location: Minnesota and Northern Iowa What you will be doing:

- Securing new points of sale and developing them into trusted advisors and advocates for Golden Harvest
- Working with Seed Sales Representatives across Illinois to ensure consistency and year around focus on the recruiting campaign
- Developing and implementing best practices for successful launches of new businesses
- Bringing consistency to the onboarding process and supporting the training efforts of new dealers
- Work with the Account Development team and the District Manager to set appropriate recruiting targets
- Partner with Sales Team to achieve annual recruiting and retention targets
- Ensure proper contract management by working with Sales Operations and Finance
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to build and execute Seed Advisor onboarding process
- Education: Bachelors' degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline
- Experience: 5+ years of active Sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership teams
- 2+ years of People Management experience
- Key stakeholder relationship building ability
- Understanding of Syngenta products and Go-To-Market strategy
- Ability to influence others with strategic vision and confidence
