You will work in a modern, well-equipped facility designed to support evidence-based physical therapy practice with treatment tables, strengthening equipment, and functional training spaces to help patients return to work, sport, and daily activities. The atmosphere is collaborative and patient-centered, with therapists, support staff, and referring providers working together to deliver high-quality, individualized care.In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized plans of care, provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy interventions, and educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and long-term wellness. You can expect to treat a range of diagnoses including post-operative orthopedic patients, sports injuries, chronic joint and spine conditions, and general movement impairments. Typical outpatient schedules include daytime and possible early evening hours to accommodate patient needs, with shifts structured to support consistent follow-up and continuity of care.Patient caseloads and ratios are designed to allow meaningful one-on-one interaction and progress monitoring, while maintaining an efficient workflow appropriate to outpatient practice. You will document care using an electronic medical record system, coordinate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals, and participate in ongoing professional development and quality initiatives. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient License and OP experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications
