Rod's Tire & Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join
our growing team. This position is located in Medina, TN , and we're actively
recruiting qualified technicians throughout the Jackson area who are ready for a long-
term opportunity with an established independent repair shop.

appreciate a Monday through Friday schedule, we'd like to speak with you.

Medina, TN (Jackson, TN Job Market) | Full-Time | $35–$50/hr Flat Rate

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems
• Complete maintenance services and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer
standards
• Identify repair needs through thorough inspections and diagnostics
• Produce accurate, high-quality work in an efficient manner
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to keep work moving
smoothly

What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Commitment to delivering quality repairs and excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
