Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | 36 or 48 hours per week available

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and identify measurable outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide safe, humane, and caring patient care
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care across the care continuum
• Supervise and delegate appropriately to various levels of nursing staff, coordinating duties across the healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required (3 or more years preferred)
• Current CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
