Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Experience Create a welcoming, trust-based environment Conduct hearing evaluation consultations Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories Provide long-term after-care services Sales & Growth Meet and exceed individual performance goals Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement Leadership & Development Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly Demonstrate ownership of personal results We are looking for individuals who: Believe sales is about solving problems, not pushing products Thrive in goal-driven environments Value accountability and personal growth Required Qualifications Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics Professional, growth-oriented mindset Schedule (Great Work-Life Balance) Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation: High earning potential 85K-120K Benefits Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Retirement Options Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Ongoing professional training Career growth opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
