Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct patient care, act as liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, and ensure continuity of care with daytime staff.
